Firefighters from across the area responded to the Lump Gulch Fire in north Jefferson County near Sheep Mountain, the Sappington Fire east of Lewis and Clark Caverns, and two fires in the Clarkston Area.     There was some positive news last week for patrons of the Three Forks Community Library. Librarian Fawn Venzor announced last Friday at the regular hours will now be Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be a 30-minute window for each visit and the occupancy limit has been increased to 10 patrons at a time.     The National Weather Service in Great Falls reported Monday that minor flooding is likely occurring along the Gallatin River from Big Sky north to near Logan.     The 2020 annual Headwaters Bank Walk/Run held the 4th weekend of July has been cancelled by race organizers. It was determined that the event could not be held safely or meet Governor Bullock's Phase II guidelines.
