    At a special meeting last week, the Three Forks City Council awarded a bid for foundation and civil site work on the Rodeo Arena Bleacher Replacement Project. The governing body approved unanimously to award the bid in the amount of $58,463.94 to Earth Surgeons Excavation LLC.     The Three Forks School District will have a third principal for the 2020-21 school year. The School Board of Trustees approved last week the hire of Jake Lynch as the new K-12 Assistant Principal. He will join the team of K-5 Principal Steve Fanning and 6-12 Principal Greg Heys.     The Three Forks School board will meet April 29 to decide if they will reconvene on-site instruction on May 7.     Local first responders came together during an incident last Saturday in Three Forks. According to the Broadwater County Sheriff's Office, at approximately 8:30 p.m. dispatch received a call about a male at the Three Forks Town Pump shooting a gun in the parking lot with a lot of semis and a propane tank in his vicinity.
