The Montana Department of Commerce and the Montana Facility Finance Authority recently announced the loan closing for Montana's first Commercial Property Assessed Capital Enhancement (C-PACE) project to support Bridger Brewing's Headwaters Utility Association. The Three Forks City Council passed a resolution to exclude properties within city limits larger than one acre from the town’s special improvement lighting district tax rolls during its May 24 meeting. The decision to amend the district boundaries came after the council compared various tax assessment methods at previous meetings. In 2013, Kelcy Jensen-Coon's cousin, who was 20, died by suicide, Jensen-Coon said. Both had grown up in Wisdom, a small community in southwest Montana.
