The Three Forks City Council voted last week to move forward with an Intercap Loan for the Rodeo Arena Bleacher Project. At the same time, members of the rodeo board are still working hard to secure donations for the project. City Treasurer Kelly Smith said at the meeting the loan is for $310,000 and will be for ten years, adding it will take up to four weeks to fund, and must be reviewed by the town attorney. Churchill area students made their way to Three Forks last week to help out at the Headwaters Area Food Bank's new location at 216 First Avenue West. The students were completing a "Serve" mission for the organization Youth Unlimited. On February 6, Clinton Baker departed from Inlet Beach, Florida on a nationwide walk to raise awareness about suicide. Five months and around 2,000 miles later, Baker made his way to Cardwell last Thursday afternoon. "Every 40 seconds there is a suicide. I'm trying to bring awareness and 'pro'vention.
