It was a great Monday morning for local educators thanks to the Three Forks Education Foundation. The foundation handed out four teacher/educator grants at the Three Forks School for a total of $2,475. A $1,000 grant was awarded to Industrial Technology Teacher Rebecca Brown. After receiving the grant, Brown said it will allow her to buy materials specifically for technology in order to build projects. The Three Forks High School volleyball team had two players voted to the 5B District All-Conference team. Senior Erin Welter was named to the All-Conference first team and fellow senior Kirstin Klompien was selected to the second team. It has been an amazing start to the season for the Three Forks High School Speech and Drama team. Just two meets into the season, the Wolves have found early success in Billings and the Beaverhead High meet in Dillon. Delores Ann Johnson Fuhrman age 93 of Three Forks, Montana, passed away peacefully on November 13, 2019. She was born August 8, 1926, in Madison, Nebraska, to Charles Julius Johnson and Anna Josephine Ketelsen. Delores was the last surviving sibling out of 12 children. Delores met Del after the end of the WWII on a picnic at City Park in Denver, Colorado.
