The Restored Hope Second Hand Boutique and Thrift Store is open for business in downtown Three Forks. The store, owned by Joseph Rowan, is located at 120 South Main Street and is open Wednesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. According to Store Manager Marvena Rice, the business is a locally owned community thrift store, and they will be accepting donations during regular business hours. In 2015, Ellen Pierson founded the Honor Roll Association, a non-profit organization that sponsors cycling events to memorialize law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty and pay tribute to the families left behind. Summer is coming to a close, but the Three Forks FFA Chapter did not slow down much this summer. We had our FFA officer retreat in June, where our new chapter officers spent time developing team skills and planning out the great year ahead. The Three Forks Volunteer Fire Department is seeking new members. According to Training Captain Charles Eastty, they currently have 14 volunteers out of the 28 spots available. Year two of the Rappin the Rivers Music Festival will take place later this week at "The Bridge" near Three Forks.
