Enrollment on the rise in Three Forks District

The start of the 2019-20 school year has brought an increase of students in the Three Forks School District.

At last night's Three Forks School Board meeting, 8-12 Principal Greg Heys and K-5 Principal Steve Fanning updated the trustees on the enrollment numbers prior to the first day of school August 21.

Heys reported there are 72 in sixth grade, 68 in seventh, and 61 in eighth for a total of 201 in the middle school, an increase of 18 from last year. In the high school, Heys reported 76 in ninth grade, 60 in 10th, 47 in 11th and 54 in the senior class. He said the number is an increase of 18...
