A new smokehouse at Three Forks' Market is providing a wide variety of new specialty items for the full-service grocery store.
According to Smokehouse and Meat Manager Joaquin Aguilar, Three Forks Market is doing their own bacons, hams, smoked turkeys, assorted snack sticks, brats, smoked cheeses as well as trying other items in the near future.
"We will have a little bit of everything," he said.
The idea behind the smokehouse dates back to when the store opened in 2005 and Aguilar approached owner Rick Lamb about putting one in the store.
