Three Forks Rodeo Board fundraising continues

Three Forks Rodeo Board members are continuing their fundraising efforts to pay for the new bleachers installed earlier this year.

At a City Council meeting last week, Councilmen and Rodeo Board member Gene Townsend updated the governing body on fundraising efforts.

According to Townsend, since January of 2020 they have raised nearly $93,000 with some of that having been spent on the bleacher construction. He reported their cash balance at the end of October is $11,771.23, and he is hopeful they can meet their bleacher payment of $17,754 that is due the first of February.
