The Three Forks City Council voted last week to create new fees for development review. They also voted to increase several fees.
The new fees adopted by the Council included $1,500 for a Water or Sewer Capacity Letter from the City Engineer and $300 for a Concept Review of a Potential Subdivision.
The Council voted to increase the cost of a Floodplain Permit from $150 to $500, and the cost of an Extension of a Preliminary Plat from $300 to $500.
