Kick-off concert Thursday

Organizers have added a new event to the annual Three Forks Rodeo Dayz celebration.

A Thursday night kick-off concert headlined by Levi Blom of Butte with opener Kailey Marie of Bozeman is scheduled for July 15 at 7 p.m. at the Three Forks Rodeo Grounds.

According to Three Forks Rodeo Arena Board Treasurer Adam Miller, due to COVID-19 shutting everything down in 2020, they decided to add an extra day of fun to the weekend. Miller said to help continue to raise funds for the beautiful new bleachers, and as a thank you to the community for their support, they have put together an amazing family-friendly show.

Tickets for the concert are $10 and can be purchased online at www.threeforksrodeo.com, and at the rodeo grounds the night of the show. Miller encourages those attending to purchase their tickets online ahead of time to avoid lines on Thursday night.

Gates will open at 6 p.m. with the concert running from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

LEVI BLOM BIO

Levi Blom is an emerging Country Music Singer/Songwriter who was born and raised in Butte, Montana.

He always loved music, but became serious about writing and performing after his hockey career ended due to an injury and the loss of one of his best friends from an automobile accident. Levi found that he needed to find a positive avenue for expressing his feelings regarding life's ups and downs and found it easy to express them through music.

When Levi is not writing or performing, he is an avid outdoorsman who loves to spend time with his dogs and ride his horse.

Levi has opened for Country Music Artists such as Joe Nichols, Stephanie Quayle, John King and Logan Mize. He has also headlined for "Rocking the Rodeo" concert in Dillon, MT as well as many other venues throughout Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, Idaho, and Oregon.

Levi's single, "Save Me" was released in July of 2019 and "How 'Bout It" was released in July of 2020. His EP, "Shiftin Gears" was released on August 29, 2020.
