The Three Forks High School Volleyball team finished last week in impressive style, finishing first in the Silver Bracket at the Southern B Coaches Volleyball Classes at Huntley Project High School.
The Wolves came out on top of their bracket that included Forsyth, Roundup, and Columbus.
"We are very excited about our finish in Huntley. Before we played, we talked about minimizing errors and playing consistently. Minus a couple of error runs, these kids most definitely did that," Head Coach Shann Mack said.
In action Thursday, Three Forks fell on the road in three sets to Townsend, 25-10, 25-15, 25-12.
Mack said against Townsend, they had moments where they played really good defense, made smart decisions, and played right with them.
"Unfortunately, we just had way too many errors to stay in each set. Townsend is a good, well-coached team, so for us to stick with them, we have to play very clean volleyball," he said.
Three Forks will next play on the road Thursday at Jefferson. They will wrap up the week Friday with a home match against Whitehall.
