With hints of spring flowing through Three Forks air, many residents have begun preparing their gardens. To help provide a balanced diet to their clients, the Headwaters Area Food Bank asks that gardeners consider growing a row of fruits and vegetables to donate to those in need.
"We would love to have folks with gardens grow a row for us," the food bank operations manager Kim Gelder said.
According to Gelder, the Headwaters Area Food Bank hopes to receive carrots, peppers, tomatoes, beans, apples and oranges from this program. Those without gardens of their own can also purchase these items a...
