Pattern of high demand and low inventory continues
Single family homes and condos and townhomes in Gallatin County fetched more than 100% of their asking price on average during March. Homes also sold quickly, averaging around 20 days on the market. While new listings and the inventory of available homes both dropped, the months supply of inventory increased in both the single family and condo/townhouse markets.
