Local voters last week denied two general fund levies for the Three Forks School District.
In unofficial results from the Gallatin County Elections Department, the $241,650 high school district levy was defeated 546 to 340. The $398,350 elementary district levy was defeated 546 to 347.
The mill levies would have funded increasing costs related to health insurance, property liability insurance, utilities, technology, maintenance, and salaries.
