The transition into adulthood is complex, and it would be pretty safe to say that many people are not fully prepared for it. In fact, I’m still not sure if I ultimately figured out “adulting” and probably never will.

When I decided to get my “first place,” I was excited but learned quickly that it came with a whole new set of responsibilities.
