The 46th annual Montana Antique Aircraft Association's Three Forks Fly in is scheduled for August 4 and 5 at Pogreba Field.
The event will kick off on Friday, August 4, with a member and friends' dinner at 5 p.m.
A busy Saturday, August 5, begins with a $10 pancake breakfast from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Free Young Eagles Flights for children eight to 17 are scheduled for 8 a.m. Planes from MAAA members will be on display from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. A free hot dog lunch is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The popular Ping Pong Ball Drop is scheduled for August 5 at 1:30 p.m. for kids ages three to 12. Flying events, including flour bombing and spot landing competitions, are scheduled for 2 p.m.
The Fly In will conclude on August 5 with awards at 4 p.m. and dinner at 5 p.m.
The annual event started on a Lewiston farm and was moved to Three Forks two years later. In the past, there have been as many as 50 to 60 planes at the Fly In.
