TERRANCE "TERRY" MADDING

Terrance "Terry" Madding, 79 years old, passed away in Corpus Christi, Texas on August 13, 2023. After a long battle, he left this earth on a "Sunday Morning Coming Down." Terry grew up in Three Forks, Montana, where he graduated from Three Forks High School in 1962, then joined the U.S. Navy where he began his adult life, in Corpus Christi, Texas. He later moved to Fort Worth, Texas where he spent the next three decades working as an aircraft painter by day and "pool shark" by most nights. Upon retirement, he moved back to the Corpus Christi area, living out his last years in Rockport, Texas. While he could, he spent his time fishing at the beach and shooting the 8-ball in his garage with the occasional shot of whiskey, enjoying time with friends. He leaves behind his son Shaun Robert of Helena, Montana and daughter China Danielle of Fort Worth, Texas; siblings Helen, Becky & Frank; grandchildren & great grandchildren including Blake, Marshall, Caleb, Mya, Brooke, Bridger & Nicolas; several nieces, nephews & countless very special friends including Brandon Hall, Cinderella Cupples & Azie Huckabee. He hopes to see again those preceding him in death including his daughter Tonya Marie, mother Iona "Blondie" Fox and father Theodore "Teddy" Madding as well as Charlie Parker, Wendell Fox and many friends lost over his many years, most special of these, Paul, Billy and Clutch. He would say "Only the good die young." May they all rest in the same arms that comfort his loved ones now.

Private services held at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery with the help of Corpus Christi / Seaside Memorial Park & Funeral Home.
