After finishing fifth at the recent Montana High School Association Class B State Meet, Three Forks eighth grader Teegan Gifford ran her way to another podium at last week's prestigious NXR Northwest Regionals in Boise.
Competing in the 3K Middle School Division, Gifford finished in 12th place in the girls' race with a time of 12:01.8.
Three Forks High School runners were also well-represented at the meet. Senior Bryon Fanning led the boys' race at 16:57.80. Senior Micah Gather finished at 19:06.60, and senior Rhett Violett had a time of 20:06.70.
In the girls' race, junior Grace Kluin finished at 22:50.60, and Dawson Petersen finished at 25:59.50.
