Ballots mailed for school election

Ballots for the upcoming school election in Three Forks were mailed last Friday.

The Three Forks District is asking for a $504,234 per year levy, approximately 25.31 mills, for the Elementary District and a $176,154 levy, approximately 8.99 mills, for the High School District.

Six candidates will also run for two spots on the Three Forks School Board. The six candidates for the election are Brooke Pestel, Hillary Lampers, Leana Eastty, Ryan Lampers, Travis Lee Short, and incumbent Robert Buchholz.
