Three Forks is blessed to have many wonderful nonprofit organizations that do so much for the community.
On May 2, area residents can support eight fantastic organizations through the One Valley Community Foundation’s Give Big Gallatin Valley fundraiser.
At the inaugural Give Big Three Forks Main Street Kickoff event, residents will have the opportunity to go downtown from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. to learn more about the Headwaters Trail System, Headwaters Area Food Bank, Three Forks Area Historical Society, Three Forks Ambulance Service, Three Forks Volunteer Fire Department, Three Forks Education Foundation, and Trooper David DeLaittre Memorial Park.
This is the perfect opportunity for those unfamiliar with any of the organizations to learn more about these eight vital parts of the Three Forks area community.
It is also a chance to donate to help these organizations doing nothing but positive things for residents.
Throughout the year, the Three Forks Voice and Lewis and Clark Journal highlight the amazing work done by all eight of these organizations. We get to see their job firsthand, and they cannot be thanked enough. It would be incredible to see a great turnout.
So many worthwhile organizations are participating in the 10th annual Give Big Gallatin Valley fundraiser. Still, the eight who will have booths in downtown Three Forks are vital to the community, and hopefully, they can receive a lot of support.
Even those who cannot donate will have the chance to learn more about volunteering, which would benefit all eight organizations.
