U.S. Flag retirement and disposal ceremony scheduled for June 14

Residents of Three Forks and the surrounding communities are invited to participate in a Flag Day Ceremony next week.

The American Legion Post 93 is hosting a U.S. Flag retirement and disposal ceremony on Friday, June 14, at 8:14 p.m. at Veterans Park.

According to Post Sergeant-At-Arms Thomas Willis, the City of Three Forks Fire Department and Gallatin County Sheriff's office will facilitate blocking off East Neal from South Main to 1st Avenue East, where the Post Commander and Post members will conduct the ceremony.
