The Big Sky Wind Drinkers are hosting the 47th annual John Colter Run on Saturday, September 21, at the Missouri Headwaters State Park near Three Forks.
The 7.5-mile trail race, scheduled for 9 a.m., will allow area residents to retrace John Colter's infamous escape from the Blackfoot Indians over 200 years ago.
