Ladies Night Fall Walk Next Week

The popular Three Forks Ladies Night Fall Walk is set to take place next week. The fifth annual event is scheduled for Thursday, October 3, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

In 2024, participating businesses include Legacy Trading, Remuda Coffee, Plaza Bar, Roots Hair Studio, Gallatin Valley Vision, Be Lazy Quilting, Beyond Beauty, V42 Fitness, The Studio Gallery, Glacier Kettle Korn, Sacajawea Hotel, Iron Horse Café & Pie Shop, Three Forks Floral, Rusty Bucket Antiques, Town Club, Stageline Pizza, Frontier Club, and The Shoppe Pastry & Coffeehouse.

With the event inching closer, Rusty Bucket owner Tina Tocci said last week she is excited about the fifth year.

"It gets bigger and bigger every year, with more people involved," Tocci said.

Those taking part in the event can pick up a Fall Walk Card at any participating business, and there is no cost to attend. Patrons then visit area businesses to receive a stamp to complete their Fall Walk Card to be eligible for prizes. Patrons are also encouraged to shop fall specials, sip fall drink specials, register for in-house promotions, mingle with gal-pals, visit businesses after hours, discover new and established Three Forks businesses, and support small businesses.

Businesses participating in the event contribute merchandise, dining certificates, or services for prizes. Completed cards need to be returned to the Plaza Bar for validation and entry into the drawings.

According to Tocci, they will display the prizes outside if the weather is good. She said those who complete their cards can decide whether to enter the raffle for two big prizes or for smaller prizes, adding that patrons do not have to be present to win the drawings.

Tocci said the first night of the Three Forks United Methodist Church Annual Fall Rummage Sale is also on October 3, so it should be a busy night downtown. She also encouraged patrons to visit businesses with promotions but not on the Fall Walk Card.

The fall walk's origins date back to following the COVID-19 pandemic when a handful of local businesses banded together to get people out and resume normal activities.

It has since blossomed into an event that has grown each year after starting with 11 businesses in 2020.

Before last year's Three Forks Ladies Night Fall Walk, Pam Carey of Legacy Trading discussed the event's growing popularity.

"The cooperation and camaraderie shared between businesses as we meet and prepare for the event strengthens our Main Street relationships and friendships. It is awesome to showcase Three Forks as we host a fun-filled evening for women of all ages to come together and enjoy drinks, dining, and shopping," Carey said in 2023.
