Three Forks Youth Task Force to donate money to city for improvements at ponds

At last week's City Council meeting, Three Forks Youth Task Force members announced they would be dissolving the Summer Recreation Program. With the program ending, task force members told the governing body they wanted to donate money from their reserves to the city for improvements at the Three Forks Ponds.

Jill Peterson of the Youth Recreation Task Force said it is bittersweet that they will be dissolving the program. She added that they have been in open communications with the Three Forks Schools, whose summer program will now be permanent, which she said is fantastic.
