City of Three Forks: Zoning Regulations

The City of Three Forks is just beginning discussions on updating the Zoning Regulations (Subdivision Regulations will be updated in the future). The current regulations were adopted in the 1980s, with minor updates scattered throughout as applicants requested specific changes. These were things like amending the definition of "family"; or allowing "mini storage/warehouses" as a conditionally permitted use; or adding a definition of "Work/Live" and where a work/live use would best be suited.
