At last week's Three Forks School Board Meeting, Superintendent Dr. Rhonda Uthlaut discussed the district's second-semester open enrollment period.
In July, House Bill 203 went into effect, requiring all Montana public schools to offer open enrollment, provided the district has room for the student, and allowing for the examination of disciplinary records.
