Violett runs his way to All-American honors

The Three Forks Running Club has an All-American for the third consecutive year.

Senior Cass Violett earned the honors after finishing third in his age group and fourth overall at last week's USATF National Junior Olympic Cross Country Championships in Shelbyville, Indiana.

Violett finished at 6:12.81 in the Boys 15 to 18-year-old 5000 Meter Race at the event held at the Blue River Cross Country Course.
